Training while injured

Anyone who has been training for a while has probaly had an injury or two.  The worst thing you can do is ignore the pain and to continue training, which will lead to longer rehab and less time training . Stop training the injured area and rehab it untill the pain is gone, then start with lighter weight and slowly work back up to full strength. You can always work around the injury by switching to dumbbells,changing your range of motion or  grip postion.
