Sore muscles

Take a epsom salt bath for sore muscles

Fill tub up 1/4 way with water as hot as you can handle, then pour 2 cups of epsom salt in wate useing your hands to dissolve crystals. Lay flat and relax for 20 minutes.   Drip dry not towel dry because you want the magnesium in the salt that relaxes your muscles to stay on you.  ”  It does not feel stickey”
