Protein after workouts?

Most of us have heard that after training you should consume your protein within one hour, or the amount of protein absorbed will decrease after the hour.  Latest research shows that eating your protein throughout the day will absorbed in your body as much as after training.    I have tried this, and i haven’t noticed any difference, so it seems to be true.
