Lifting lighter weights

Back in the day I used to lift heavy weights to add more size but this can cause injuries to the body later on in life.  My reward for years of heavy lifting are degenerative minicus tears in both knees.

I am always rehabbing them to avoid surgery and have to be careful of everything I do. I now lift lighter weights and still have kept alot of my size by training smarter and keeping my meal planning on coarse.
