Having trouble doing pushups?

If you can’t do a pushup, then try a elevated pushup.   Stand facing your kitchen counter top with feet shoulder width apart and back a foot or two. Next lean forward and put your hands on edge of the counter , shoulder width apart.  Slowly lower body down untill your chess is close to touching counter top, then push back up and repeat.
