When to have your cheat meal

The best time to have your cheat meal would be after a hard workout.  Your metabolism is higher and you will burn those cheat calories more effectively .    I have my cheat meals on the weekend.   If you are eating clean 80% of time then enjoy your cheating time!!!!!
