Smoothies without protein powder

If you don’t like protein powder in your smoothie then try cottage cheese and fruit it taste like cheesecake.

Greek yogurt and a little peanut butter or some avacodo is thick and taste like a milkshake.  Tofu is another good protein you can use, it is creamy and has a neutral taste.   I use almond milk to get in a little more protein , but if cutting calories then water works well.
