My number one exersice

The squat is my favorite exercise !!  The benifits are: burn calories,  build muscle, strength, and core all in one exercise.  I don’t go to heavy so i don’t sacrifice my form and get injuries later down the road.  You can also do dumbell squats up against a swiss ball on the wall if you don’t have access to a squat rack.
