Change your workout for results

If your doing the same repetitive workout and not seeing results ,then it’s time to change your workout.

In time your  muscles get use to the same movement and  weights being  used and the body goes into auto pilot and doesn’t respond anymore.

Try changing your grip position on bars, add or decrease the amount of reps and sets,  do drop sets(12, 10, 8, reps)   go slower or faster during the exercises.    Try this for about six weeks then change again  you should be happy with your results!!!
